Simulate Articulation by Velocity
Toy piano is a reed instrument. Therefore, breath control is an important factor to play like it.
The VMD3236 can express breathing with velocity without using a breath controller or entering a control change.
The slight change of the envelope by velocity enables attack / release control.
This is not a randomization like round robin, but a change in sound due to the performer's sense. Your keyboard touch is reflected in the sound.
Flexible Sound Edit
Key noise by stroking and sustain sound by breathing should be controlled separately including the difference between these response times.
Not only control the attack noise and release noise volume individually, VMD3236 is possible to adjust the interval time from attack noise until the sustain is played.
By adjusting the response, VMD3236 adapts from slow ballads to upbeat songs.
Play with Your Favorite Controller
Is the toy piano a keyboard, or a wind instrument, or both? VMD3236 can handle all cases. Dynamics can be adjusted individually with velocity and breath.
You can also play on the keyboard with the breath controller.
In addition, EWI presets customized some sensitivity to improve response and dynamics is included.
